ONC Evidence Update (05/01): ONC pytest lane now passes with 27 tests. PHI/PII masking active on all user-facing FHIR, HL7, and C-CDA read surfaces. Local workflow state added across patient access, export, consent, X12, FHIR, HL7, and C-CDA routes (replacing placeholder-only behavior). USCDI evidence artifacts updated.
IHE PHARM/PCC/QEDm/ODH Integration Guide (05/06): 500+ line reference document covering: medication reconciliation (PHARM), shared care plans + C-CDA transitions (PCC), RESTful FHIR queries (QEDm), and occupational data capture (ODH). Includes FastAPI endpoint examples, Tkinter form examples, FHIR schemas, and eCQM integration patterns.
